BACKGROUND

I am from China. I completed my PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Tongji University in 2017. My PhD research focused on the design and optimization of the centrifugal compressor for fuel cell vehicle application. Then I joined Gas Turbine Laboratory (GTL) as a postdoc fellow until now.

RESEARCH

My current research is focused on the stability assessment of multi-stage axial compressors. The

stall line, weakest stage and related flow features are determined through blade-row by blade-row based stability analysis. And the dynamic compressor model in conjunction with NURM-G is developed to guide optimization of IGV and VV schedules and bleed flow rate during start up.
